Delivery + Processing times

Once we receive an order, processing times are from 1-3 business for items in stock, and 2-5 business days for items that are made to order.
Once an order has left our possession, delivery can take 3 to 10 business days for Canada and 3 to 15 business days for USA.

We will deliver the goods following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Returns

Cancel order
Ana Marie naturals will accept cancelled orders. If you wish to cancel an order please email us at anamarienaturals@gmail.com and include your order number.

Please note, if your order has gone to processing, we are unable to cancel it.

Refunds.
Ana Marie Naturals does not offer refunds at the moment. Once a product has left our possession, we are unable to accept it back due to sanitary reasons and therefore is unable to be re-sold.
